Bowles Farming Company is a family-owned and operated farm in the heart California. For over 160 years, their mission has been to produce food and fiber in the most sustainable ways possible.

But to improve their odds of survival through these next 40 years, and to preserve California’s family farming legacy, Bowles saw the need to reinvent itself for the digital economy and a global food crisis. The challenges of transformation ranged from problems in the field, to the front office, and off the farm.
